Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you use the CleanCompare website. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them.

What CleanCompare does

CleanCompare is an independent booking service. We show deals and prices from local carpet cleaning companies and pass your request to the company you choose. We are not a cleaning company, and we don’t employ the companies or their crews. Each company is an independent business and is responsible for its own work, staff, licenses and insurance.

Prices and deals

  • Prices and specials are set by each company. We show them as accurately as we can, but they can change.
  • The price you see is an estimate for the rooms and extras you choose. If the job turns out different when the crew arrives (for example more rooms, more stairs or heavy stains), the company will tell you the new price before starting.
  • Deals may have limits, such as the number of rooms included or the dates they run.

Requests, appointments and payment

  • Sending a request is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Your appointment is set once we confirm it with you by text or phone.
  • You don’t pay CleanCompare. You pay the cleaning company directly after the job is done.
  • To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can.

Reviews

Reviews describe customers’ own experiences. Please keep anything you send us honest and respectful.

Using the site

Please give accurate information and don’t misuse the site, for example by sending fake requests, spam or harmful code.

Responsibility for the work

Because the cleaning is done by independent companies, any claim about the quality of the work, damage, or results is between you and that company. We’ll gladly help you reach the company and try to sort things out. To the extent the law allows, CleanCompare is not liable for the companies’ work, and our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
