Questions?
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes, for the rooms and extras you pick. If the crew finds something different when they arrive, like extra rooms or heavy stains, they’ll tell you the price before they start.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Sending a request is free and there’s no obligation. You pay the company after the job is done.
How soon will I hear back?
We text you to confirm the time with the company, usually within an hour during the day.
Who are the cleaning companies?
Local carpet cleaning businesses we work with. Each one has a profile with its prices, details and customer reviews.
What if a stain doesn’t come out?
Most stains lift, but some, like old bleach spots or dye, can be permanent. Mention them in your request and the company will tell you what to expect.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Reply to our text and we’ll move or cancel your appointment with the company.
